Amphenol has three various soldering capabilities: Focused Wave Machine - Jet Solder, Hand Soldering and Automated Select Solder System.

Focused Wave Machine - Jet Solder - ABS engineers design custom nozzles and tooling to meet specific customer applications. The maximum allowable board size is 24" X 36".

Hand Soldering - This soldering capability is performed by a trained operator certified to meet J-STD-001.

Automated Select Solder System - By using the Pillarhouse Orissa 600, a Inline automated system, Amphenol is able to accomplish fully automated through-hole soldering. This machine provides automated fluxing, preheat, soldering, and exit stacker, as well as individual plated-thru-hole control. The maximum allowable board capacity is 24" x 48".
