MIL-DTL-38999 Series II Filter connectors are subminiature, environmental-class connectors used where a quick disconnect coupling system is required for blind mating. Similar to Series I, they use the same three-point bayonet coupling method but have a condensed interface length to reduce the overall length of the connector to save space and weight.
